I finished the "turning" of the firewall and I'm quite happy with it. It took quite a while to do and my back is a little sore bending over as long as I was using the drill on the firewall, but it turned out well.
The deburring of the firewall was next and I used a small grinding stone in my drermmel at first, but didn't like how it was leaving it so rough. Used the small sanding drums with the dremmel and it made quick work of the firewall. I cut myself twice before deburring it, and now I have no problem grabbing the edges.
Finised off with deburring the brackets on the bench scotchbrite wheel and then with the dremmel and the 1 inch scotchbrite wheels. For those that haven't used the1 inch ones, get them, they're great. Google "Dremel 500 1-Inch Diameter Aluminum Oxide Abrasive Wheel". Pricey depending on where you get them, but worth the time savings!
